Under 6 Boys and Girls Players in our U5 & U6 divisions play 3 versus 3 on the field with no goalkeepers. Every player gets to play at least 50% of each game. Teams usually have 6 players each and play two 20 minute halves with stoppage for substitutions at about 5 minutes of play. The coaches are also the referees. The practice location, time of day, and day of week are up to the coach, but for these age divisions, the players can only practice once a week for an hour and games are on Saturdays. Coaches usually start contacting players the last week of August. The season will consist of 9-10 games starting the Saturday after Labor Day.
