All adults registering with a team must be on the SCYSL Fingerprint Log. If you had the Livescan done for SCYSL within the past several years, you are most likely on the approved list of adults. If in doubt, e-mail the Registrar to confirm. All fingerprinting will be done through the State’s Livescan program. The following information will help to guide you through the process:

Make a fingerprint appointment through the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office via the web site https://sherifflivescan.sccsheriff.org/sfpnew/FingerPrintApplication.jsp

Livescan done through the County Sheriff ’s Department will most likely cost you $10.00 for our non-profit league. If you would like to be reimbursed, please complete the 2008 SCYSL Live Scan Form and attach the receipt.
